Welcome to the most deliciously dangerous race you’ll ever run. The Glaze Craze 4 Miler isn’t just about speed. It’s about strategy, stomach strength and a questionable number of life choices: four miles of running and six donuts along the way.
Run a mile, crush two donuts. Repeat three times, then sprint (or survive) the final mile. Simple on paper, brutal in reality. Throw up at any point and you’re out.

FAQ
How many donuts do I have to eat?
Six: two after each of the first three miles. Then you run the last mile to the finish.
What happens if I throw up?
You're out. Throwing up at any point is a DNF, no exceptions.
Is there a time limit?
The course closes at 11:00 AM, two hours after the 9:00 AM start.
Is this a serious race or a fun run?
Both. Some people chase the podium, some just try to keep their donuts down. Expect big energy and loud crowds either way.
