One of the toughest team challenges on the East Coast. The Myrtle Beach Adventure Ruck is a 10-hour endurance event that combines rucking, navigation, teamwork and mental grit into one relentless test of willpower and strategy.
Teams of three explore Myrtle Beach like never before, hunting down checkpoints across beaches, urban zones and everything in between. It’s not just miles and minutes: coordination and communication matter as much as speed and strength. Prizes go to the top teams, but the real reward is crossing the finish line knowing you gave it everything.
This is more than a race. It’s an adventure. Grab your team, grab your ruck, let’s go.

The route
Course
Self-navigated. Teams of three set out across Myrtle Beach to find and complete as many checkpoints as they can, from the beach to the middle of town. Some checkpoints come with team challenges (obstacles, physical tasks or puzzles) that you finish together before moving on. Checkpoint locations are kept secret until race day, and how far you go (usually 20 to 35 miles) depends on your route and pace.
